During your visit to the last remaining relic of the seven wonders of the world, you’ll get to enjoy seeing the pyramids of Khufu (Cheops), Khafre (Chephren), and Menkaure (Mycerinos). As you follow your tour guide throughout the tour, don’t forget to plan together for a photo session where you can enjoy taking outstanding pictures of the amazing panoramic view. Ask for a spot where you can see all of the pyramids at your background!

Your next hop will be Sphinx. After you enjoy the guide’s illustration, you will head to the Egyptian museum of Antiquities overlooking the famous Tahrir square. The museum bears 107 halls including more than 150,000 pieces of ancient artifacts.

As you get back to the hotel after the first busy day, get some rest and relax for the evening in preparation for your upcoming day of adventures!

Day 3

After having breakfast you will head to Alexandria. Alexander the Great gave Alexandria its current name in April 331 BC. He wanted to create a huge Greek metropolis on Egypt's Mediterranean shore bearing his name, after capturing the Egyptian Satrapy from the Persians. He chose Alexandria as the location, imagining the construction of a causeway to the nearby island of Pharos, which would result in two large natural harbors.

Alexandria was meant to replace the previous Greek colony of Naucratis as Egypt's Hellenistic center, as well as the link between Greece and the fertile Nile valley.

When you get there you will have the chance to visit the Catacombs, the great library of Alexandria and stroll around the citadel. You’ll spend the night in Alexandria.

Day 4

You’ll checkout right after having breakfast. You’ll visit the Montaza gardens, if it’s open for public, otherwise it will be the Royal Jewelry museum. Afterwards get ready to head back to Cairo to hop on the sleeping train going to Aswan. Overnight train excursions are a quick way to travel big distances while avoiding traffic and arriving directly in the city center.

You'll be sharing two-berth cabins that are both cosy and air-conditioned. The porter provides all bedding on board. Each carriage has Western-style facilities, although we recommend carrying extra toilet paper.

On board, a complimentary meal and breakfast are served. You may wish to get something additional ahead of time to augment your meal, especially if you're a vegetarian, because dinner only serves one sort of dish, which always includes meat. If you have special meal requirements, make sure to let your tour guide know about it during the 1st day briefing.

Day 5

Welcome to Aswan, the southern gateway to Africa. After checking in the hotel, you will get to explore the lovely Temple of Isis (the Goddess of health, marriage, and knowledge). It was saved from the rising Nile waters and moved to Agilika Island.

At evening, you'll get a personal look at modern Nubian culture when you visit a local Nubian village. You’ll have dinner with a local Nubian family for a memorable time and gaining insight into the locals' daily lives.

Day 6

Early Morning you will head to Abu Simble temple. It will take you about 4 hours on the road to see the Magnificent temples for Ramses the 2nd and his wife queen Nefertari.

This is one of Egypt's most unforgettable sites, carved into the mountain on the west bank of the river Nile. Make sure to give it the photo session it deserves!

Then you’ll head back to check in the Nile cruise for the late afternoon.

Day7

After having breakfast onboard your Nile cruise, you will get to spend morning time relaxing on deck. In the afternoon the boat will start cruising till you reach Com Ombo temple, which will be a walking distance from the boat’s dock. Then you’ll enjoy your 2nd night cruising the Nile river.

Day 8

Enjoy breakfast and relax till the boat is docked near Edfu temple. Relax on the sun deck admiring the arid hills that give a backdrop to the beautiful riverbanks. In the Afternoon you will have the chance to visit Luxor temple Upon arrival. Enjoy your last night in the Cruise boat.

Day 9

Check out the cruise after breakfast and get ready for a Magnificent tour. You will be taken back thousands of years in history to see the incredible west bank tombs in the valley of the kings. A plateau of relic tombs that were carved in the mountain thousands of years ago, well preserved as if it’s done today.

Then you’ll head to Hatshepsut temple. On your way back you will stop by the two giant statues of Memnon.

After the tour is over, you’ll check in the hotel.

Day 10

After breakfast you will visit Karnak temples located on Luxor East Bank. You will be awed by the enormous columns in the Karnak Temple.

Day 11

In the Morning you’ll fly back to Cairo. Upon arrival, depending on the time of your flight back home, you might visit the old market, the citadel and the old churches.

Head to Cairo airport carrying your memories back home with you, along with our assurance that once you visited Egypt with us, you’ll definitely come back again.
